Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that the winner of the $1 million grand prize from Round Three of the GENIUS NY accelerator is Sentient Blue, a team from Italy. The GENIUS NY program is the world’s largest business competition focused on unmanned systems, cross-connected platforms and other technology-based sectors.
